CASA brings people together to live, train, play, and create community around a shared passion.
Based at Finca OSOM in Nicaragua, each CASA provides the space, equipment, meals, community rhythm, and experienced practitioners that make it easy to spend your days doing what you love—with people who love it too.
Come for a few days or stay for the whole immersion. Train hard, share what you know, learn from others, explore Nicaragua, eat together, play together, and help shape the experience.
Interested in CASA? Join our CASA News & Announcements WhatsApp group to hear about CASA Acro, CASA Aerial, and future CASA activities.
We’ll only send messages related to CASA—and we’ll do so very sparingly.
This January, we’re bringing together two overlapping communities at Finca OSOM. CASA Acro will center around acroyoga, partner movement, and open training, while CASA Aerial will bring aerialists together to train, share skills, and play in the air.
Choose the community that fits you—or participate in both. During the overlap, we’ll share meals, social time, excursions, games, and life at the finca.
This is a rustic, movement-centered retreat rather than a luxury resort experience. Expect daily aerial training, morning yoga, shared meals, time in nature, and guided excursions to some of the most beautiful places around Granada.

CASA has a rhythm, but not a rigid schedule. Each day provides enough structure to bring the community together while leaving plenty of room for training, adventure, rest, and spontaneity.
We start the day together. After breakfast, we gather for a short morning meeting—welcoming new arrivals, checking in with the community, warming up our bodies, and usually playing a game to get everyone moving and connected.
Then we co-create the day. What does the group want to do? Who wants to organize a workshop or campfire? Is anyone heading into Granada, hiking Mombacho, visiting the laguna, playing games, or planning another adventure? CASA provides the container; the people who are there help fill it.
The main training block is open practice: time and space to work on what interests you, find training partners, share skills, experiment, and learn from one another.
A CASA host is present during open training to oversee safe practice, help connect training partners, answer questions, and provide some instruction when useful. But this isn’t a class where one teacher determines what everyone works on. Experienced participants are encouraged to share what they know, and everyone takes an active role in their own training.
The rest of the day can unfold from there—more training, an outing, a workshop, a nap in a hammock, a trip into Granada, games, a campfire, or whatever the community has dreamed up that day.
Enough structure to bring us together. Enough freedom to make it ours.
