Once again, Finca OSOM will host the Nica Acro Play! Festival in 2025. The Finca (Farm) is co-owned by Nica Acro’s co-founders, Warren and April. The 13 acre organic farm enjoys views of the volcano above and Lake Granada (aka Cocibolca) below.

Feel free to Reserve one here.
Dorms:
There are two dorm rooms with 14 single beds on-site.

Arrival - how do I get there?
Before heading up to FINca osOm, we will all meet at PURE Gym - Spa - Yoga. Shuttles to the farm will be provided.
PURE is located in the Granada City center, 1.5 blocks from La Iglesia San Francisco towrads the lake. If you arrive into the city and grab a taxi, almost all taxi drivers will know of “Pure, el gimnasio”
If you are flying into Managua:
There are taxis that wait outside of the airports that can take you to granada for around US $50. Or we can save you a few bucks and organize a taxi for you. Email Gretcehll at Gerente@purenica.com.
From Costa Rica
Both TransNica and TicaBus offer very affordable buses to Nicaragua out of San Jose (around $30)
Some pass directly through Granada, while others pass through a town near by where you can grab a taxi or public transport. Make sure to be clear before purchasing your ticket where the bus runs through.

What to expect
Remember this is a campout! Please come prepared to dive into and enjoy the great tropical outdoors! It will be the middle of the dry season in Nicaragua. Although it starts to get quite hot during this season, the land around the volcano will stay comfortably warm, and even potentially cool at night.
We’ll have the opportunity to disconnect from the outside world for 5 days and connect with nature! During this train-cation it will be a good idea to bring…
Sunscreen
Waterbottle
Bugspray
Headlight/Flashlight
Re-chargeable external battery (especially if your phone is your camera)
Swim suit
Towel
Allergy Medicine
Flip flops
Give yourself an extra day or two after the festival! We will be planning a group trip to La Laguna de Apoyo, a volcanic lake and the surrounding nature reserve, to close our time together in Granada.
LodGing in Granada
You can also book a room in the city and commute up to the farm. We will arrange a daily shuttle for $5/trip.
Recommended Lodging Options in Granada:
Note: these will also be the pickup points for the shuttle. So if you stay elsewhere, plan to be at one of these spots for your morning pickup.
