Festival Refund Policy

Cancellations

If the festival is canceled, ticket holders will receive a full refund minus purchase fees. Refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method.

Postponements

In the event of a postponement, all tickets and purchases will automatically transfer to the new date. No further action is required on your part.

Ticket Transfers

Tickets are transferable. If you would like to transfer your ticket to someone else, please write us and provide the following details:

• Your name and order number

• The new ticket holder’s full name, email, address, and phone number
